Terms & Conditions:

This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your ("Subscriber") use of our services herein referred to as ("LeagueOfContractors.com"). LeagueOfContractors.com is defined as the matching of the Subscriber with contractors ("Service Providers"). By submitting your project, or contacting or hiring Service Providers LeagueOfContractors.com has referred to the Subscriber, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by it.

1. Homeowners

By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are not a minor and are capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you have accurately completed the information which you will be submitting to LeagueOfContractors.com

2. No Affiliation

Service Providers matched to your project and League Of Contractors.com are independent contractors, and no, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship has been implied or exists between the aforementioned parties.

3. General Disclaimer

By using LeagueOfContractors.com, you acknowledge that LeagueOfContractors.com is not acting as, with your general contractor, or advisor. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to select a Service Provider and to negotiate the terms for any work to be performed by your Service Provider. You may want to consult with appropriate expert advisors to assist in you in your home improvements, including but not limited to a lawyer regarding contracts, permits, and other matters and documents and an insurance professional regarding the contractor's and your own insurance coverage requirements.

The League Of Contractors.com does not:

i. endorse any specific Service Provider

ii. provide advice on which service provider to select, or

iii. Warrant any of the work a service provider may provide to Subscriber.

The LeagueOfContractors.com not guarantees or warrant the qualifications of any service provider who may be passed on to the homeowner.

4. Changes to the Service or Terms

LeagueOfContractors.com may at its sole discretion and without notice, add, or remove certain features of LeagueOfContractors.com or change the terms of this Agreement. Such changes shall be posted on LeagueOfContractors.com website.

5. Disclaimer of All Warranties / Waiver of Rights

You acknowledge and agree that LeagueOfContractors.com are Free of direct charge to the Subscriber and that such services are provided an "AS IS" basis without any recourse whatsoever. The LeagueOfContractors.com hereby makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the quality of service providers or the exactness of any information we provide the Subscriber. As such the Subscriber expressly agrees that any use of information provided by LeagueOfContractors.com is for the subscriber's personal use and that such information will be acted on by the Subscribers, at the Subscribers sole risk. As such the Subscriber waives the right to file suit against LeagueOfContractors.com agents, officers, and employees thereof.

6. Limitations of The Referral Service's Liability and Release

LeagueOfContractors.com will not be liable for damages of any nature arising from or relating to your use of the service or any Third Party services or use thereof by anyone else for the worked performed or otherwise. LeagueOfContractors.com total cumulative liability to you and anyone who uses the service or the Third Party services through your account, for any and all claims under any theory of law (including negligence), will not exceed $1.00 You agree not to hold LeagueOfContractors.com responsible for any damages or other liabilities arising from work performed by any service provider. LeagueOfContractors.com is not, cannot and will not be involved in your dealings with Service Providers or control whether or not Service Providers will complete any work as agreed, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more Service Providers, you release LeagueOfContractors.com (and our agents and employees) from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LeagueOfContractors.com, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any matter under this agreement or otherwise.
